Open Plan Change Support Project

The Open Plan Change Support Project began July 1, 2017 to support occupants moving into the Wayne and Gladys Valley Center for Vision and rhe Clinical Sciences Building. The efforts rolled out for these two buildings will also influence future moves.

Past Events: February 2018

Two identical town halls occurred in February 2018. Both sessions were recorded and links are below. Download the presentation.

Note that Open Plan design as implemented at UCSF includes private offices, work stations, focus rooms, huddle rooms, break rooms and various sized conference rooms. This allows occupants to move about the space as needed, depending on the type of work they are performing that day.

A Change Agent town hall was held in January 2017. Download the deck here.
