2017 Annual Space Survey

The 2017 Annual Space Survey season starts on September 6th and will close on November 17th.  This will be UCSF’s second space survey season using Archibus.

2017 Space Survey – Informational Webinars

Archibus Coordinators and Strategists are encouraged to join for additional information and assistance during the annual space survey season. Webinar sessions have been scheduled every Wednesday from September 13th - November 17th, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.  At these webinars, staff from the Campus Planning Department will provide an overview of Archibus, and offer tips and tricks on how to update department space.  There will be time at the end of the session to answer any questions about this year’s Annual Space Survey.

To register for a webinar session:

  1. Go to the UC Learning Center website: https://training.ucsf.edu/
  2. Select the “Find a Course” button
  3. Type “space survey” into the search bar and hit “enter” on your keyboard
  4. Find the 2017 Space Survey result and select the white downward arrow to the right of the “SELECT” button and click on “REGISTER”

5.  Select the check box of the course you will like to register for and select the “Submit” button. (Please note: Registration closes at 5PM the Tuesday before each Wednesday session. Use the up/down scroll bar on your screen to see all course dates available – not all dates are shown below.)

6.  An Outlook calendar invite will be sent to you with details on how to join your session
